I have added confidentiality. Here's the rough list thus far - there were a couple of redundancies/overlapping ones so I grouped them together.
Customer Service experience. (The “toughest” customers there are – doctors, administrators, patients).
Computer proficiency – web browsers, search engines, e-mail
Ability to work independently, with limited supervision, yet work as part of a team.
Works well without direct management input.
Initiative, self-motivated, self-starter.
Excellent research skills.
Superb problem-solver, seeing through to complete resolution.
Attention to detail.
Ability to stay focused and can multitask all day.
Maintain strict patient/client confidentiality.
