NOTHING they do is for the benefit of the MT, not even cashing out the PTO that you earned and is legally owed to you.
I would check with an attorney or the labor board, or someone on this.
I also bet the IRS would be interested, in how much they kept from you vs how much they declared.
People, please dont sit there and take it. Do something to double check, you never know when your state laws could actually help you.
