reality, it was a way to reduce wages. For VR lines, you are paid for HALF your total lines for the week at a "higher" rate (which basically equates to 0.035 to 0.04 cpl). It's convoluted and made to be confusing. If you notice, they can no longer advertise for help on this board because of the convoluted pay issue. One simple error will cause you to loose anywhere from $100 - $200 plus for the week. That is the downside also, you will never know week to week what you are making. It's hard if you're on a strict budget obviously.
