wondering about this - NimbleFingers

I've been working at home for a long time now, but would like to go back to transcribing at a hospital or doctor's office, if I find a job. Here at home I have my trusty old beloved keyboard with the raised keys (that go clacketyclacketyclack). To those of you who work in those facilities right now: do they still use these keyboards, or do they use the newer "flat" ones by now? If so, I may be in trouble in terms of testing, or working up speed. It would be helpful to know ahead of time.
