The NYT has never produced a truly unbiased article in the past few decades. I perused their 2015 articles on EHR, and of course they took a very PRO position (they rarely criticize what government does, especially when a Dim is in WH) on it with a smattering of "criticisms" sprinkled throughout to make it appear as though they were impartial.
Pro Publica -- I checked them out too. They seem to be all over the map, but most of their pieces were slanted decidedly leftward.
Neither of these BIASED sources exposed what was discussed in the OP in their articles.
