her deductible if she goes to the doctor since she has a co-pay. Only if the doctor performed some kind of procedure or did some kind of test that is considered outpatient, would she have to pay more than the co-pay. Even then, the doctor bills her insurance company and they pay a discounted rate and she pays a percentage of the portion after the discount that remains.
