I keep my punches up to date and double check them on Friday before payroll is distributed the following week. I keep track of my daily lines and hours worked in a calendar and keep a running total. I also keep track of my QA scores from previous weeks so I can compare those quickly to make sure they match. I also check FIESA for my QC totals at the end of the week so I know where I stand on how much was pended for review. Takes me about 5 minutes to approve my time card. I hope that helps. A little bit of time taken at the end of the day or end of the week saves a lot of time in the long run. If I have misunderstood, my apologies.
