MC Pod, what happened to not running out of work anymore? - sm

THe "new" account go-live was last week, and we got the big e-mail, yeah we should not run out of work anymore, this account is gonna have sooo much work. Yeah right, here I sit again with NJA at 2 pm. Does anyone else have a pattern of NJA? I run out like clockwork at 2 pm Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and THursdays. Obviously overstaffed at this hour until about 3 pm and then the work rolls in again. I refuse to change hours again. I work 12-8 pm as it is.
