She is just doing her job. Give her a break. It is really not QA's fault people are unhappy with their jobs, the requirements, the pay. She has requirements too. However, I have also seen many, many MTs brag about how long they have been in the business and want to quote their stats to everyone, yet they make mistakes just like everyone else. Perhaps they have been doing certainly specialties for many years and actually cannot do all specialties, or just simple cannot do the work for certain dictators. No one is perfect. We all make mistakes, but believe it or not there are some people in this profession who should not be, and that is why we have QA to begin with.
