She pays with e-checks to me. Nothing "lost in the mail" because I print out check and cash it. Payment is done same day she sends my invoice for the 2 weeks. She pays just about as often as my other clients do. I never heard her connected with Nuance-I used to work with them but have not for a while. I deal with Melissa only.
