I am just curious. How do you stay sane in this job?
Are there really many people out there making 4 cpl, who are appreciated for the work they do and are making enough money to pay their bills?
Why are QAs and managers quick to judge? Why will they go out of their way and break their necks to tell you how bad you did, but NEVER say anything about the good work you do, strong dedication you have, or even so much as thank you for your time and effort. (A little gratitude would motivate a lot of low paid MTs in my eyes).
