For me it's random, though. Sometimes much more, sometimes 1 or 2 reports, enough to get me off the grid...
As for what they consider a week regarding postauditing, it's just a matter of what the date of transcription was that determines the score for that week. As far as WHEN the postaudit folks actually audit, well, I think it's usually 2 to 3 days after the date of transcription that they pull reports... HOWEVER, I have had it where a report was pulled many, many days later... although it's actually been a while since that's happened to me.
