I do not have easy dictators and sometimes I make the count, but not often. They are trying VERY hard to NOT pay for benefits and make everyone IC and/or move the work overseas...Plain and simple.
Accounts have different platforms and there is no weighting of the harder/more difficult ones to attain the count on versus the easy ones for the purposes of meeting the goal.
