I actually found that website. But the Dr I work with says he just calls like a normal phone call on his end. No special software. But I do like that NCH, looks like that may work on my end. I already use a transcription software on my end, Olympus, but trying to figure out how he would call it in to me. Thank you for your help, though. I think that NCH software is what I'm looking for.
