regular office visits? Do you have co-pays? My annual deductible is $1500 and premium is $260 per month. If I wasn't using the exchange, I would be looking at $1600 per month by signing up with my state Blue Cross Blue Shield or another company that does business in my state. My co-pays are $30/60 and the rest is paid by my plan. ER co-pay is $100 and the rest of the ER visit is paid, even diagnostics. Diagnostics performed by my GP are covered, but if a specialist sends me off for tests or if I end up in the hospital, then I would need to pay my deductible.
