Here I am again, turning to you all for advice. Work has been really slow and so I have picked up a few contracts here and there with some general transcription companies. One in particular, the owner and I disagreed over a few things and I decided not to continue working for her. I told her this and sent her my final invoice. My contract was for net 14 days. Here it is 34 days later and she has yet to pay despite multiple reminders.
Do I have any options at this point if she refuses to pay? Or am I just out of luck? Any help from someone who has been in this situation would be greatly appreciated!
