Editscript 11 poor audio and gradually dropping LPH - Anom

Is anyone else having problems with the sound quality in editscript 11? I have started getting a lot of muffled reports and I could literally pull my hair out.

ALSO, now for some reason my LPH is dropping each week and not meeting requirements now. I have always met requirements with my quality score and LPH until the last month.
