I have 6 accounts and no work for about 3 hours every day. I have worked there 6 years and it's never been this bad. They gave me 2 new accounts and still no work. Either they've overhired like never before or they've lost a big account, and I think that might be it as I never type on my primary account anymore which was the biggest one they had. Never hear from anyone about what's going on one way or the other. So I guess that's a positive about SS--if you want to play solitaire or surf the Net you won't be disturbed.
