TTS has several openings for experienced acute-care Medical Language Specialists (MLS) on a large facility with multiple sites in Arizona as well as a large West Coast level 3 trauma center on the eScription/Editscript platform. Proficiency with “Big 4” work report types and ESLs are a must. Most of the work is voice recognition editing (90% or higher). There are a handful of other openings available on other eScription and Dictaphone accounts also. Available shifts vary, but we have an urgent need for some 3rd shift MLS (10p-7a EST)!
TTS also has several positions for experienced trainers for their Orientation Team. This salaried role is responsible for the training and development as well as the QA of all TTS MLS on the eScription platform. Candidates must have prior MT training experience. Available schedules are Tue-Sat 12-9p or 11p-8a, Sun-Thu 11p-8a EST. We also have one eScription QC Editor opportunity. This position is responsible for clearing the work TTS MLS send to the pend queue with issues/questions with a secondary role as production on their accounts should the pend queues be clear. This is also a salaried role. The schedule needed is Fri-Mon 10a-10p EST (four 10-hr days in a 12-hr window).
TTS is one of the oldest transcription companies in New Hampshire and only employs or contracts with U.S. based MTs. We have Independent Contractor (IC) positions available which require a minimum of 20 hours weekly. Base rates range from $.08 - $.095 for transcribed lines and $.04 - $.055 for VR edited lines (based on platform/account). You can also earn differentials for shift and weekend hours that add to your line rates. Earn more if you have a current AHDI credential.
