Viva transcription fraudulent phone call - Catlady Posted: May 25th, 2016 - 2:05 pm
If any of you receive an E-mail from Indeed.com stating that someone from Viva Transcription is interested in hiring you, it is a fraud. I "played along" with the Google Chat interview and answered the questions that the person posing as Ben Crowe asked. Of course, the questions were legit until he got to the part about "send me your bank information and account # and we will see if your banking information meets our criteria." I told him, I don't have a bank account and you can mail me a check. He got frustrated and said, "YOU DON"T HAVE A BANK, HOW CAN YOU NOT HAVE A BANK?" I ended the conversation by saying, "you are a fraud, and this conversation is done."
