get caught. We are no more IC status than anything. We have a set schedule on set days. The only thing close to being IC is that we don't have to "ask" off and wait to be approved, but supposedly being able to just tell them when we can't work. The one time I did that, though, they tried to get me to work part of the day that I needed off anyway. Ha Ha!
