My third day of freedom from Nuance is refreshing! - Making $$ with no fear of Fiesa Posted: May 25th, 2016 - 7:59 am
I am loving every minute of my new job. I do not wake up with fear and dread of nasty e-mails telling me I made a criticial error, thus making my paycheck smaller and a guaranteed berating by my supervisor and threat of being let go.
I do my work and my new supervisor thanks me for going the extra mile while being on 100% review with NO CRITICAL ERRORS, only suggestions on how to be more efficient. The platform is great, the spell checker up-to-date and VR is seasoned without insane amount of editing needing to be done. Looks like this non-Nuance VR actually learns from correction.
There is life after Nuance and it is beautiful and stress free.  I did not realize how dysfunctional my life was while working at Nuance for 7 years until I left.
