Oh, they're very careful. If you ask, they state since you're an IC, you're not required to work your scheduled hours and make up any work missed, but they also let you know that as an IC, they can let you for any reason, or no reason. I did find another job and won't be giving them notice. Only employees should have to do that. I know it's common courtesy, but I can pass up my new job and they want me to start right away.
