Since VR learns from what the MT puts in, it's possible the age is coming up wrong because a physician somewhere in the system dictated the same age which was incorrect for that particular patient and the MT corrected it. Therefore, VR assumed the change the MT made goes with the incorrect age dictated by the doctor. Not sure if I explained this correctly, but you probably get what I'm saying. I think VR may learn things incorrectly depending on what the MT corrects or doesn't correct. Can really be a mess sometimes.
