speech recognition programs deliberately put things in that would be considered "critical errors." Twice today (and many times in the past), the patient's age has been wrong when it was VERY clearly dictated. Speech rec would put something that wasn't even close to the actual age of the patient or what was dictated. Just seems a little suspicious to me.
