I am so "hurt" - they did not ask me to come back - but so lucky to have a new great job! Posted: May 24th, 2016 - 8:29 am In Reply to: New hires - Chi-town Lady
By being forced out because of lack of work and switched from account to account to account with no regard for the penalty on the pay grid while learning a new account, I have been blessed with a new MT job that respects my work and does not over-staff accounts.
The pay grid, Fiesa and management does not recognize learning takes time and every time you go into a new account the pay grid will take a bite out of pay and set you up for a fall.
With work being short, why would Nuance ask anyone to come back?
