Job Requirements - Transcribe medical record summaries. MSLA will upload raw medical records. MT will summarize each pertinent record in a short paragraph. Records can be from less than 100 to 1200 pages in length. Completed summaries can be from a few pages to 20-30 pages. Candidate must have experience in orthopaedics and mental health (mainly).
Equipment/Internet Requirements - Must own all transcription equipment. MSLA willl provide access to its secure portal.
How to Apply - Please submit resume summarizing experience.
Testing Requirements - MTs will get a sample file with template to test.
Fee Schedule - MSLA works with a flat fee schedule of $2.50 per transcribed page. This includes a normal 12 size font and single spacing. There is a blank space between each record being summarized. You are paid per page, not per line (blank or typed).
