...HR ALWAYS backs up the supervisors and just encourages you to drink even more of the company Kool-Aid that seems to already be poisoning you. Stress at Nuance has not been "worth it" for very many employees at all.
Four years may be too cumbersome, but at least read back to the beginning of this year. When you get to the bottom of one page, read the next, etc., it is all here.
