Are you saying you cannot even do a remedy ticket and make up the time?? That is NOT what the policy is for NJA. Tell her you want to see it in writing that the policy has changed, I would climb the ladder on that one if that is the case. So, just what are you supposed to do instead of a Remedy ticket and choosing your options?
