If you mean we have to either make up the time the same day, use the swap board to make up the time if you can't the same day or use PTO or excused absence, it has been that way forever. If you somehow were lucky enough to still use NJA and "get the day off" you are lucky. I was told management had changed this over a year ago. Welcome to our world.
