I have been in the professional world all my life and the rules with resolving a problem is to first go to your direct supervisor, if she/he ignores the problem you have to go to the head boss, if she/he ignores you, you have no other option but go over their heads. How do I contact someone in HR to at least let the problem be heard. In a company this big it's hard to be heard when no one wants to hear you. I happen to like this company and also being an MLS, but I'm at a cross roads on being sick all the time due to the stress or moving on.
Please advise who to contact.
