Please, if you're going to spell a name or medication or anything else, don't spell it faster than you can say it. If you mumble through the pronunciation and race through the spelling, we still won't know what you're saying. If you have to spell it out, please do so at a normal rate. (I have one dictator who spells so fast that it's hard to tell he's spelling. QA had to tell me that my blanks in his dictation were actually his attempt to spell words, and here I thought he was speaking another language entirely!)
