Proudly list all the new hires in the newsletter while many of us are facing OOW way too often.
They cut all our wages and then the grid. Now I guess they will hire new MTs who don't know what this profession used to be. They hire on at current rates thinking it is a decent payscale to be allowed to work at home. Watch out.. they may decide to reduce the rates again once they have all happy newbies working there.
