If you google sites for business, you will find that the board of directors is not happy with Mr. Ricci, and the shareholders are also unhappy.
This might be because the stock price has dropped a lot since 2012 and that the company has not performed as expected.
Be aware that most of the unhappiness has nothing to do with transcription, more like the multiple tech lines they have (paperport, etc.) Transcription is not their only product.
