So many of us employed by Nuance are here because our once-great companies were bought out by the monster known as Nuance, and definitely not by choice. We were lied to about what life at Nuance was like, and the reality hit very hard because it messed with our livelihood. Our pay has been cut over, and over and over again, and those cuts have the added threat of fiesa decreasing the rate even further. I went from having a fabulous TL at my former company to a Nuance TSM who thinks she walks on water even though she is merely one step up from the MTs. Nuance goes on and on (ad nauseum) about "new and exciting changes" and every single time, that change is something that screws the MTs over yet again. Nuance cannot be trusted, from the TSMs on up. This is such an unprofessional joke of a company that completely lacks any sort of moral compass. It's an outrage that in the United States in 2016, we are being treated they way we are by Nuance. There are so many reasons so many feel such resentment, and justifiably so.
