I have lost so much money working for Nuance with their never-ending goal to take more of the MLS money with schemes like pay grid and FIesa. Top that with the arrogant supervisors who dole out punishment for mistakes by MLS failing to recognize EVERYONE is capable of mistakes including them.
I have been doing production work transcribing and later editing for 20 years and I have never been treated so badly by any other company in my years of doing dictation work. Nuance is the worst company by far.
