Apparently someone who never uses Fluency daily decided that the reason for blanks must be because we are going too fast through the audio. Couldn't be because the dictators are at fault or the audio is circa 1982.
So when I have to leave a blank because the doctor does not know the patient's age it therefore makes Mmodal sense that somehow that is my fault and my audio acceleration must be turned off as punishment. Thank you for costing me again more unpaid time. How about fix the audio and talk to the docs instead?
