and have done my share of female dictators. Yes, women's voices sound different (obviously), but in all these years I've rarely, if ever, let the voices detract me from what they are saying. Never gave it a second thought. Granted, some voices are harder to listen to, even men's, but I just do my job. Maybe my ability to not "sweat the small stuff" has allowed me to keep working all these years.
