Send an email to your PC regarding the situation so you will know what she/he says for future reference and you will have it addressed in writing for you in case you need to fight it if you get dinged for it in the future. IF the CP is incorrect, she/he can hopefully get it changed. If the Attention Alert is incorrect, hopefully she/he can get it removed.
