Friday will be my last day at Nuance and life is going to be much better. I've accepted an in-house hospital position and will be making an hourly wage at almost twice what I was making at Nuance. I just wanted to give a little hope to some of you out there. There are still good jobs out there. We've all become anonymous drones to the national companies. We're just name now and nothing more. The fact that we have families to feed and rent to pay means nothing to them now. It's all about their bottom line. Like many of you, when they started docking our pay for blanks was the last straw for me.
Please stay strong and keep looking at your local hospitals. I wish you all the best!
