It was a panel of 3 people taking turns with the questions. I can't remember them exactly, but they mostly started out with "describe a time when you..." I guess they are considered behavioral questions, according to the Mayo website.
Anyway, I stink at that sort of thing, although I will usually think of a satisfactory answer after the interview is over. Then I was so flustered that I forgot to ask the questions I had. It was just a disaster. I might try to apply again if another opening comes up.
