You're absolutely correct--they DO show us what they think about us throughout the year with the way they treat us and the way the "pay" us. So an email would just annoy me because it isn't genuine. Although they are probably genuinely grateful for the bonuses they make off our hard work (TSM TAT bonuses come to mind). I was nauseous when I read the spiel in the newsletter about how important our jobs are. THEN PAY US FOR OUR SKILLS AND STOP GIVING LIP SERVICE AND WARM FUZZY STATEMENTS. ACTIONS ARE WHAT MATTER AND YOU CAN PROVE HOW IMPORTANT OUR JOBS ARE BY PAYING US WHAT WE DESERVE. WHY can we not get a piece of the pie? The ones who actually DO the work to make the clients happy? WHY???
