I live in the Syracuse area. I do not believe that there are any medical transcription companies in the area. There were years ago when I first moved here. If you search for jobs in the medical transcription field you'll find national companies come up, but nothing local. I was lucky enough to get a job directly with a medical office working at home as an employee. They are hiring at Crouse Hospital. Good luck in your job search.
