The company I work for took over some of the ambulatory care for Nuance (we work in Emdat) last December. They want all voice, no straight transcription, that is their goal.
Well if they think their VR is going to do it all, they are sadly mistaken. It is a mess and not getting better. Even with good dictators, it messes up. It is so time consuming to fix the little things that it continually does and I can't believe sometimes what I hear.
I can't even imagine ever turning over an account to only VR w/o editing.
