Literally gave up trying to meet it. They gave me the PAP routine but didn't even allow me the 4 full weeks (I wasn't going to make it anyway - no incentive when you are making min wage). QA/QC were fine, just low production.
I got UI and a whole lot more, including peace of mind. Just "give up" and let them let you go. Also, if you have a house, check out the Hardest Hit Fund - your state may have it and they will pay mortgage for 2 years (interest free loan) if you qualify. Loss of wages is one reason to get it; I had 2 - loss of wages, loss of employment.
First time I ever got fired and I feel better than ever, enjoying my summer. Having no job is better than having a job at Nuance and it even seems like I have more money! Good luck to you!
