I wonder, if copious amounts of M*Modal employees begin calling the employee assistance line due to mental health concerns, will the company even notice?
I know the employee assistance folks cannot share infomation due to privacy, but how much is that really used? If people begin using it, will they notice? and will they care?
It makes me sad to know so many of us are reaching our breaking point. A job should not do this to us! I do not have a solution, but goodness me I wish I did.
