Its not medical, per se, it is insurance work. But they transcribe and someone else proofs it, and then it goes to the facility who proofs it again. A fresh set of ears is always better than proofing your own work. Think about this mmodal. You could accomplish the same goals with less people if you just let one finish the report and send it, then have one proof thoroughly it and send it. Everyone would make more money and the end product would be better. BUT, I'm not proofing Indian work for a living. You have to set minimum standards and hold people accountable for cheating the system.
