I completely agree with you about how unfair this job is. However, speaking for myself, I've done this for almost 25 years and I really don't have any other skills to just go out and find something else, nor do I want to pay for school and go back to school. For some of us, it's all we have, and no, I am not married to a rich man. He's struggling, too! :) I am amazed at what the profession has come to. I came from a large hospital and with incentive, I used to make almost $30 an hour!! Oh my, how I took that for granted.
