Everything was going along smoothly with Fluency - until 6 pm EST (SM)

Has anyone else experienced this?  During the day everything was fine with the cursor and the dictation, then about 6 pm EST suddenly the cursor starts to stutter, stopping while the audio continues, then it jumps to where it is supposed to be.  It is driving me nuts, having to wait for it to catch up to make sure I am in the right place when I make a correction with the VR.  Between that and Ctrl + Z not working, this upgrade sucks.  Could this be my slow computer/internet connection?  I cannot wait for my shift to be over!
