Some auditor (and I can never remember whether it is QA or QC but it doesn't matter) gave me minus 1 point for "medical word misuse" on something a doctor uniquely says all the time. I immediately contested it and got it reversed.
So here's my question. Does he or she get the same minus 1 point taken off THEIR PAY for the minus 1 I got reversed on them? Seems like that should actually be higher, like minus three, for judging somebody and then being wrong! After all, aren't they supposed to know more than we do? And does anyone know how much THEIR PAY is cut when they make mistakes?
Just wondering.
